How do I buy tickets?

Why, we’re glad you asked! You can buy tickets right here.

I’m not in a UKRDA member league – can I still come?

Of course! Although the UKRDA has been leading the organisation of UKROC, the conference is open to all league representatives and independent officials interested in progressing the sport of roller derby in the UK.

I only want to go to UKROC for 1 day – is that okay?

That’s absolutely fine! You can come for Saturday, Sunday or the whole weekend.

When do we find out who the guest speakers are?

News about our guest speakers will be released over the coming weeks to get you excited about the weekend we have planned. So keep an eye on our website, as well as social media, to make sure you don’t miss anything!

I bought a ticket but I can’t go to UKROC. Can I sell my ticket to someone else?

We’re sorry that you can’t come to UKROC any more. Tickets can be transferred until 11.59pm on Friday January 29.

How do I get to UKROC?

UKROC will be held at the University of Salford.

What time does UKROC start?

The welcome meetings will be held at 9.30am on both days of the conference, with the first sessions starting at 10am.

Do we need to register when we get to UKROC?

Everyone will have to register between 8.30am and 9.30am on each day of UKROC, which means that people attending both days of the conference will have to register on Saturday and Sunday. However, our 2-day delegates will only be issued with one lanyard on the Saturday so they will need to keep it safe.

What time is check in? And when do we need to check out?

If you have bought an accommodation ticket, you can check into the Travelodge Salford Quays from 3pm on the night you are due to stay. Check out is at 12noon on Saturday and Sunday.

Is there anywhere to store my bags after check out?

Yes, there is secure storage space for people’s bags following check out from the accommodation. Please speak to one of the organisers when you reach the venue.

Is there parking near the venue?

There is parking near to the venue, but it may be chargeable.

I have special dietary requirements – how do I let organisers know? How do I book my place on sessions?

We will be sending everyone who buys a ticket a survey to get more information about the people who will be attending UKROC, including any dietary needs and to find out what sessions they want to attend. Keep an eye on your email and the survey will be sent to you soon.
